At Hartlepool’s next Economic Forum meeting Andrea Winders- Managing Director of Disruptieve will be talking about entrepreneurialism and how it can change a place. She will also give some advice and support about starting a new business, discussing the steps that she went through recently to create gen-R.
After a career in sales and entrepreneurship Andrea spent time in Sunderland as the city’s Executive Director of Enterprise Development. Realising there was an issue, and therefore a gap in the area of regeneration with a definite need for change, rather than pursuing the traditional way of building for regeneration, Andrea has created a person-centred, MAGENTISM model to drive disruptieve change, create sustainable businesses and develop interest in towns and cities.
